WE love u kuroda u are truely part of the LA family!!!
Mr. Kuroda, you are the MAN!I love your high ethics and principles. Without
question, you bring "Class" to the Dodgers. Thank You for remaining
in Los Angeles.
I love this country and I love our people. But you gotta tip your hat to the integrity and honor of what commitment means to players like Kuroda. All considered, anyone else would have jumped at the chance. Hope to see you in L.A. next year, Kuroda. Maybe that kind of loyalty will rub off.
I have noticed this type of loyalty with many of the Japanese players that come to America to play baseball. Suzuki of Seattle, and Matsui come to mind almost immediately. They have a different mindset coming from a different culture. It is very refreshing, I think.
Kuroda is a true Samurai Warrior. He has a lot of class . . . more than we could say about most any other player in MLB.
Most professional athletes are selfish, spoiled, and lazy. All they care about is their egos, and want a ring, no matter how they get it . . . even if it means relocating or leaving their families, and leaving their teammates an fans. They don't care about their teams, all they care about is money.
A true Samurai is dedicated to the end. A true Samurai is disciplined, and performs his duty to the fullest. Kuroda's family is very lucky to have him. Dodgers are very lucky to have him. Heck, if they gave him a little run support, he'd be a top pitcher in MLB. Hiroki does not give up, and keeps the Dodgers in the game, regardless.
MLB ballplayers out there, "please" take notes. . . this is a true PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE, and true role model for our kidsl!!!!
BANZAI ! ! !, Hiroki Kuroda. . . BANZAI ! ! ! . . . BANZAI ! ! !
It feels refreshing to see the decision of pitcher Hiroki Kuroda to stay with the Dodgers. Had he gone to
any of the three teams that were still trying to acquire him, no doubt he would have had a postseason $ reward. Yet he preferred to stay with the club that he signed for the whole season. From my point of view loyalty is stronger than money in Kuroda's mind. Congratulations !!
Hiro you are the man! Make Flank pay you all yo money! Please come back for more years! Only an Idiot would have even considered asking you to waive your deal!
Congratulations Dodgers! As a Red Sox fan I was hoping we'd be able to trade for Kuroda. But I'm very impressed with his loyalty. That kind of team loyalty is way too hard to find these days. Best of luck to Kuroda and I hope you Dodger fans are able to be rid of Frank McCourt soon, and get the team back on a winning track..
The way of the samurai. Loyalty and honor. Thanks Kuroda ! Go ! Dodgers !
