フィリピントヨタはグローバルキャンペーンの標的である

ＩＭＦ執行委員会はトヨタ・モーター・フィリピン・コーポレイションから違法に解雇された労働者達の職場復帰を勝ち取るための国際的奮闘に承認を与えた。

ノルウェイ発。ノルウェイ国オスロ市での国際金属労連執行委員会会議において、労働者指導者達は、フィリピントヨタの二つの工場における労働者の権利を改善するためグローバルキャンペーンを打ち上げることを満場一致で支持した。

この努力を強力に支持する立場から発言した傘下組織は、労働運動がこのような不正義に反対する立場を取らないならば、それはいたる所で労働組合の後退になるであろうと論じた。

このキャンペーンは、不当に解雇された136名のトヨタ・モーター・フィリピン・コーポレイション・ワーカーズ・アソシエイション（ＴＭＰＣＷＡ）の労働者達の即時職場復帰を求めるものである。この行動は、フィリピン・トヨタが組合を認めて、誠意をもって交渉することを拒否し、また組合派の労働者に対する解雇決定を撤回することを拒否していることに対する関心の高まりの結果取られることになったものである。

彼等を今すぐ職場復帰させよ！のキャンペーンは、たえず傘下組織にフィリピンの状況と事態の新たな展開を知らせていくとともに、労働者達の職場復帰を勝ち取ることに役立つ行動の調整連係に一役買っていこうとしている。

Toyota Philippines is target of global campaign

IMF Executive Committee endorses international effort to win reinstatement of illegally fired workers from the Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation.

NORWAY: At the International Metalworkers・Federation Executive Committee meeting in Oslo, Norway, labor leaders unanimously backed the launch of a global campaign to improve worker rights at two Toyota Philippines factories.

Affiliates that spoke up in strong support of the effort argued that it would be a step back for unions everywhere if the labour movement did not take a stand against these injustices.

The campaign calls for the immediate reinstatement of some 136 illegally dismissed workers from the Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation Workers Association (TMPCWA). The action is a result of growing concern over Toyota Philippines・refusal to recognise the union, bargain in good faith, and reverse their decision to fire pro-union workers.

The Reinstate Them Now! campaign will keep affiliates informed of the situation and new developments in the Philippines, as well as help coordinate action to help win the reinstatement of the workers.
